Welcome to El Nido de Bonnie Tres, where you'll wake up to sweeping views of Banderas Bay and the Los Arcos marine preserve, the sound of the waves below, and end each day with a sunset over the Pacific.
This beautifully furnished 3-bedroom, 3-bath oceanfront residence is designed for indoor-outdoor living. The spacious living areas open onto an expansive private terrace with lounge seating, a dining area, and an outdoor grill: ideal for quiet mornings, sunset dinners, and watching paddlers glide toward Los Arcos. The home sleeps up to 6 across a king bed, a queen bed, and a sofa bed, with a fully equipped kitchen and an in-unit washer & dryer.
Guests have access to the community's shared swimming pool, fitness center, and Beach Club. Right next to the property, the Beach Club sits just above the sand and serves breakfast (8:30–11:30 am) and lunch (12:00–4:30 pm) every day except Wednesday. Kayaks and stand-up paddleboards can be reserved there, with a signed waiver, for easy access to the calm waters near Los Arcos.
After booking, we'll ask for the full names and IDs of all guests, which the community requires to approve your stay. There's no lifeguard at the pool or beach, so children must be supervised. Pesos get the best rates at local shops and restaurants, and not every restaurant takes cards.
A gated oceanfront community facing the Los Arcos marine preserve. Uber is available, and the local bus (10 pesos) stops near the entrance and runs to the Zona Romántica and Mismaloya. Exact address is sent with your booking confirmation.
Our other home is a big family house on the Truckee River in Verdi, just west of Reno, with a pool, hot tub, and game room.
